What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or sample request we collect the fields on that form: company name, contact name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the product and specification you asked about, and any file you attach. We collect nothing beyond what the form asks for.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send you a quotation, and to contact you about that enquiry. We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.
Analytics and cookies
This site runs no third-party advertising or remarketing scripts. If analytics are enabled we use them in aggregate only, to understand which pages buyers read. There is no cross-site tracking cookie on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records and attached drawings are retained for the period needed to service the enquiry and any resulting order, and thereafter as required by Chinese commercial record-keeping obligations. Drawings shared with us are treated as confidential and are not passed to a mill without your agreement.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal retention obligation applies. Email sales@aluminumgrade.com and we will action it.
